User Agreement

By accessing the G2M platform, you agree to use our AI enterprise services lawfully and protect your account credentials. Access may be restricted if activity threatens our secure network infrastructure.

Public Model Training & Retention Policies

Customer inputs are not designated for public model training unless a customer explicitly authorises that use in writing. Enterprise retention schedules are defined by the relevant order form and service configuration.

Data Isolation

All enterprise workspaces are logically and structurally segregated. Customers retain full operational control over internal seat access, user permissions, and connected third-party developer tools.

Service Metrics (Sub-300ms Zero-Latency Engine)

Published performance parameters and speed targets represent optimized technical architecture testing baselines across controlled environments, rather than absolute, binding guarantees.

Intellectual Property

Go2Markt Inc. retains absolute global ownership over its software platform (G2M), core code workflows, database schemas, and documentation. Customers receive explicit commercial utilization licenses.

Enterprise Compliance

Enterprise accounts must independently enforce their own local, state, and international regulatory frameworks. G2M provides built-in technical safeguards to secure outbound execution pipelines.
